Enermove delivered a HIPPS (High Integrity Pressure Protection System) Logic Solver, designed to ensure safe and reliable shutdown of critical process lines in case of overpressure conditions.

The system represents a key element of the plant Safety Instrumented System (SIS), enabling fast and deterministic response to process deviations while maintaining compliance with stringent safety standards.

Engineered as a compact and pre-assembled solution, the system ensures high reliability, simplified installation and reduced commissioning risk.

Scope of Supply

Enermove delivered a fully integrated safety control solution including:

HIPPS Logic Solver Panel

Ex-d certified junction box with integrated safety PLC (SIL 3 capable)

Modular logic solver with digital and analog I/O for pressure and valve management

Interface for pressure transmitters (PIT) and valve signals

Local push buttons for valve control and system interaction

Complete internal cabling and ready-to-install configuration

The system was designed to manage multiple field signals and ensure fast safety shutdown logic execution
