Mario brings more than 25 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, developed across global industrial organizations and entrepreneurial leadership. Prior to founding Enermove, he held roles of increasing responsibility at Gilbarco – Veeder Root (Danaher Corporation) and SAMPI/Liquid Controls (IDEX Corporation), where he operated in senior operational and managerial positions within performance-driven multinational environments. He has extensive expertise in operational excellence, scalable business systems, and disciplined execution models. Having transitioned from multinational corporations to leading and growing an Italian SME, Mario combines structured industrial governance with entrepreneurial agility. He holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” and an MBA from Bologna Business School.
Massimiliano has more 20 years of experience in the oil & gas and energy industries. Having developed a structured approach to leadership and operational discipline during his service as an Italian Air Force officer (with the rank of First Lieutenant), he began his career as a mechanical design engineer in the oil & gas sector. Within this role he built a strong technical foundation before moving into project management roles, including serving as a Project Manager at Omniaproject Engineering.
At Enermove, he oversees operations, engineering, processes and project execution, playing a key role in the company’s growth and long-term development.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pisa and has completed the General Management Program at Bologna Business School.
