Design, supply and integration of electrical and control E-House systems

Enermove delivered a complete Electrical & Control System solution for multiple process units within a condensate recovery and gas compression facility.

The project included the design and supply of E-Houses (Electrical & Control Buildings) integrating power distribution, UPS systems, PLC control, and operator interfaces into fully pre-assembled and tested modules.

Designed for harsh environmental conditions and high operational reliability, the solution enables safe, continuous and centralized control of critical plant operations.

Scope of Supply

Enermove delivered a fully integrated and modular solution including:

E-House Systems (CRS1, CRS2, GCS, Control House)

Prefabricated, insulated electrical buildings with dedicated rooms for power and control systems

LV switchboards, feeders, protection systems and busbar distribution for process equipment

Battery-backed systems ensuring continuity of critical operations (up to 3h autonomy)

Redundant PLC architecture (Siemens S7-1500), remote I/O and HMI panels for plant monitoring

Full integration between electrical distribution, control systems and plant interfaces

All systems were pre-assembled, internally wired and factory-tested to minimize site activities
