Understand specs & generate basic design. Stretch End User general specification with cost saving oriented smart design. Scout main item vendors & Prepare cost structure. Generate proposal documents and technical attachment.

Technical alignment

Support request of clarification (TBE) and change in scope/design. Assess for technical and commercial/financial risk. Attend meeting with final customer if needed. Guide the end user request into a cost effective compromise by complying the technical request.

Engineering

Our approach to Engineering is to be flexible. It can be part of wider scope of supply including material or complete systems or just as an Independent Engineering Service Supplier. We can offer a comprehensive range of engineering activities from planning, feasibility studies, conceptual design, basic engineering, front-end (FEL/FEED) to detailed engineering for EPC contractors, OEM´s and End Clients. Main sector are: ENERGY, OIL & GAS, INDUSTRY, URBAN BUILDING CIVIL WORKS

Procurement

Fabrication

We are able to support the customer shop operations during skid fabrication and factory testing. We can deploy our engineers even before the fabrication process to perform the required survey and identify any tooling or personnel skills gaps the customer may have in its fabrication shop.

Site Service Support

We can provide the required support for the installation and commissioning of control systems of the supplied systems, such as: Installation, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning, Site Acceptance Testing (SAT),  Start up & Handover.

Training

Our courses can be tailored to meet specific project or equipment requirements and are designed to meet the needs of all levels of personnel such as: Maintenance Technicians and Engineers,  Operators,  Supervisors,  Managers. Our trainers are part of the design and site service team and so they can explain the supplied systems in every aspect and details. All training courses can be held on-site or at one of our global facilities

Lifecycle

The system performance must be granted over its life cycle. Prevention is always a better option than repair and ensures that you get the maximum value from your assets. We can evaluate each specific needs and offer Customer Care & Long Terms Maintenance contract including periodical meter recalibration.
